Privacy Policy

This policy explains what NavoHub ("NavoHub", "we", "us") collects when you use navo-hub.com and the NavoHub app (the "Service"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run the Service, we never sell personal information, and the leads you collect belong to you.

01Who is responsible for what

For the information about you as a NavoHub user (your account, your connected ad accounts, your activity), NavoHub decides how it is used and is responsible for it.

For the information about your leads (the people who fill in your forms, or whom you add or import), you are responsible for it and we process it on your behalf, only to provide the Service to you. If you are one of those people and want to exercise your rights, contact the business whose form you filled in; we will help them respond.

02What we collect

Account information: your name and email address, and your password, which is stored only as a one-way hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

Connected ad accounts: when you connect Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn or TikTok, we receive an access credential from that platform, which we store encrypted, plus the identifiers, names, currency and time zone of the ad accounts you choose.

Advertising data: to show and manage your advertising, we read from and write to your connected ad accounts the settings you work with in NavoHub, such as campaigns, budgets, ads, audiences, conversion actions, pixels and Pages, along with performance figures such as impressions, clicks, spend and conversions.

Content you upload: images, videos and logos you add to your gallery or forms, kept in private storage.

Leads: the answers people submit to your forms, leads you add by hand or import, notes and statuses you add, and how each lead arrived (for example the campaign, the analytics tags and the ad click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid in the address).

Messages you send us, such as feedback and support requests.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, and the time and outcome of requests, recorded in server logs to keep the Service secure and working.

03How we use it

To provide the Service: signing you in, connecting your ad accounts, creating and changing campaigns when you ask us to, showing their results, hosting your forms, and storing your leads.

To report results back to the ad platforms when you ask us to, for example telling Google Ads or Meta that a click became a lead, so they can count it as a conversion. Where this includes an email address or phone number, it is sent in hashed form as the platforms require.

To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, fix problems, and answer your questions.

To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, we do not use your data or your leads to advertise to anyone, and we do not share them with other NavoHub users.

04Information from Google

NavoHub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We request Google sign-in (your name and email address) and, if you connect Google Ads, access to manage your Google Ads accounts. We use that access only to provide the features you use in NavoHub. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to build or improve general models, and no person reads it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

05Information from Meta and other platforms

Information we receive from Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok is used only to provide the Service to you, in line with each platform's developer terms, and is never sold or used for any other purpose.

06Who we share it with

Service providers that run the Service for us, such as our hosting, database and file storage providers (including Amazon Web Services). They may only use the information to provide their services to us.

The ad platforms you connect, as needed to do what you ask, such as creating a campaign or reporting a conversion. What those platforms do with it is governed by their own policies.

Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of NavoHub, our users or others.

A buyer or successor, if NavoHub is part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under the same protections as this policy.

07Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies: one keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one protects the connection process when you link an ad account. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on navo-hub.com.

08How we protect it

Traffic is encrypted in transit, ad platform credentials are encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed, and uploaded files are kept in private storage that can only be reached through short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.

09How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account or ask us to, we delete your account information, uploaded files and leads within 30 days, except where we must keep something to comply with the law or resolve a dispute. Copies held in backups are removed as those backups expire. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.

10Your choices, and how to delete your data

Disconnect any ad platform from the Advertising Hub at any time: NavoHub stops accessing it and discards the stored credential. You can also remove NavoHub's access from the platform itself: for Google, in your Google Account under Security, Third-party apps with account access; for Facebook, in Settings, Business Integrations.

To delete your account and everything in it, or to ask for a copy of your data, its correction, or to object to or restrict its use, email privacy@navo-hub.com from the address on your account. We confirm receipt and complete the request within 30 days. This also covers data we received from Meta: send the request to the same address.

You can export your leads as CSV at any time from the Leads page.

11Where it is processed

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States and Canada. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

12Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.

14Contact
