One hub · every ad platform
Navigate every ad platform from one place.
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube each want their own login, their own dashboard, and their own rules. NavoHub is the hub between them: plan a campaign once, steer it on every platform, and bring every lead home to one list.
The instrument panel
Everything you can steer.
Not a teaser list with the good parts held back — this is the whole panel. Sixteen things you can do from today, all of them free.
Ads
4- Upload image and video in any aspect ratio
- Keep every ad in one gallery with its file specs
- See which ad earned the clicks, campaign by campaign
- Reuse one ad across as many campaigns as you like
Placement
6- Run five ad platforms from one screen
- Target by location, radius, age, gender, language and interest
- Save an audience once, point any campaign at it
- Choose placements by hand, or let each platform decide
- Set a cost cap, a frequency cap, and the hours ads run
- Watch estimated reach move as you narrow the aim
Leads
6- Send clicks to a form, your own website, or a phone call
- Build forms with your questions, colors, and corner radius
- See how many people landed and how many acted
- Score, filter, work, and export every lead as CSV
- Follow up by email from templates you write
- Let a rule send the follow-up while you're away
The route
Three waypoints out. Every lead back home.
Running ads today means five ad managers, five logins, a landing-page builder, and a spreadsheet to tie them together. NavoHub charts it as one route: three waypoints that find and capture new leads, and one harbor where every lead arrives scored, tagged, and ready to answer.
Ads
Bring the image and video you already have. Every ad is charted in one gallery with its specs, the campaigns it ran in, and what it earned.

Place
Plot the course once: one budget, one audience, one plan. NavoHub steers Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube from the same screen. No five logins, no five dashboards.

Land
Choose where each click lands: a form you own, a page on your own site, or a phone ringing. Whichever you pick, NavoHub tracks who arrived and who acted.

Manage
Every lead docks in one list, scored, tagged, and filterable, with statistics by platform and month, so you can see which platform actually pays.

Follow up
Write the email once, with placeholders that fill in per person. Send it yourself, or let a rule send it two minutes after capture.

Destinations
A click has to end somewhere. You pick where.
A form is the right ending for a bootcamp signup and the wrong one for a plumber. So NavoHub never insists on forms. Pick the ending that suits the offer, and read the results the same way whichever you pick.
A form you own
Your questions, your colors, your data. It lives on a page NavoHub hosts, so there is nothing to build and nothing to maintain.
the lead is yours the second they press send
Your own website
Some offers don't need a form — they need the page you already wrote. Point the ad straight at it; NavoHub tags the link so every click can be traced.
tagged automatically · counted honestly
A phone call
For work that gets booked over the phone, the ad becomes a call button. Ads pause outside the hours you actually answer.

Follow one route
One campaign, start to finish.
This is a real campaign from the demo workspace — a gym filling its six-week bootcamp. Everything below the brief happened without an agency or a second tool.
You write the brief
Plain words, one minute. What you're selling, who it's for, what you'll spend. That's the only writing anyone does.
Brief · Spring fitness challenge
“Fill 60 spots in the 6-week outdoor bootcamp. Adults 25–45 within 15 miles of Austin. $40 a day.”
You pick the ads from your gallery
Upload what you already have — a phone video from last summer's session, a poster, a product shot. Each file is filed with its specs, and from then on NavoHub reports exactly what it earned.

One budget, one aim, every platform
Pick the platforms you want and plot the course once: Austin, fifteen miles, 25 to 45. NavoHub sets up each platform's campaign for you and steers the daily budget toward whichever platform is producing the cheapest leads.
The click lands where you chose
This gym wanted names, so the ads point at a lead form — your page, your questions, your branding. A plumber would have pointed the same ads at a phone number instead, and the numbers would read the same way.

Leads arrive in one list, scored
Every submission lands in one table — tagged with its campaign and platform, scored for fit, ready to filter, work, or export. Statistics show which platform pays, by month or all time.

The follow-up sends itself
You wrote this email once, with placeholders. A rule sends it two minutes after every capture, filled in with their name, their campaign, and what they typed into your form — from your address, so replies come to you.

Who navigates with NavoHub
Built for teams of about one.
NavoHub is for the person who owns the marketing and six other jobs. If you have a media buyer, an agency, and a creative team, keep them. If you are the media buyer, the agency, and the creative team — this is your control room.

Autopilot
It keeps watch while you’re away.
Ad platforms are built to keep spending; NavoHub is built to keep you on course. Three guards ride along on every campaign, around the clock, whether or not you’re looking.
Cost guard
If a platform's cost per lead runs at twice your target for 24 hours, NavoHub pauses that platform and tells you why.
if CPL > 2× target for 24h → pause platform
Budget guard
Every campaign stops itself at its total budget. There is no combination of settings that produces a surprise bill.
if spent = budget → stop campaign
Fresh-lead ping
New leads reach your inbox within a minute of capture, while the person who filled the form is still at their desk.
on capture → email in < 60s

Five platforms charted. More on the way.
One plan reaches every connected platform: search, feeds, and video, steered from the same screen. When a new channel earns a place in your mix, it joins the map; your campaigns and leads don’t move.

What it costs
Free.
All of it.
Not a trial with a clock on it. Not a free tier with the useful half behind a wall. Everything on this page — the gallery, all five platforms, unlimited campaigns, every kind of destination, the lead list, the email — costs nothing, for as long as you use it.
The only money in this is ad spend, and it never passes through us. The platforms bill your own accounts directly, at cost. NavoHub takes no cut, adds no markup, and cannot spend a dollar you haven’t set a budget for.
No card
Not at signup, not at ten thousand leads. There is no field to put one in.
No cut
Your ad spend goes straight to the platforms. We never touch it or mark it up.
No limits
Unlimited campaigns, ads, destinations, leads and emails.
No lock-in
Export every lead as CSV and walk away whenever you like.
Questions
Asked before you sign.
What does NavoHub cost?
Nothing. Campaign placement, targeting, the ad gallery, forms, destinations, the lead pipeline and email follow-up are all free, with no card on file. Ad spend is separate — the platforms bill you for it directly, at cost, with no markup, and you choose what to spend, from $10 a day.
Do I need my own ad accounts?
Yes. You connect your Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube ad accounts in the Advertising Hub. The accounts, their history, and everything they earn stay yours — disconnect any time and nothing is lost.
Do I need a designer?
Not to start. You upload the image and video you already have — a phone video, a product shot, a flyer — and NavoHub files each one in the gallery, sized and labelled for the placements it can run in. When an ad earns its keep you'll see it in the numbers, and when one doesn't you'll see that too.
Where can my ads send people?
Three places, and you can mix them across campaigns: a lead form NavoHub hosts for you, a page on your own website, or a phone call. Forms can also carry a link at the bottom for people who want to read more before handing over an email. All three report the same numbers — how many landed, how many acted — so you can compare them honestly.
How much control do I get over targeting?
As much as the platforms give us. Location with a radius, age, gender, language, interests, devices, placements, and the hours ads run — plus objective, bid strategy, cost caps, frequency caps and attribution window. The two most people change sit at the top of the panel; the rest fold away until you want them.
Where do my leads live?
In one list inside NavoHub, tagged with the campaign and platform that produced each one and scored for fit. Statistics break performance down by platform, all-time or by month. Filter, work statuses, or export CSV to any CRM. Your leads are yours — we never sell or share them.
What if a campaign performs badly?
The governors act before you check in: cost guard pauses a platform whose cost per lead runs 2× your target, and budget guard stops every campaign at its total budget. Bad weeks cost a bad week's budget, never more.
Can I stop using it?
Any time — there is nothing to cancel and no card on file. Pause your campaigns whenever you like, and export every lead you have captured as CSV before you go.

Your North Star
Every platform pulls its own way. Steer by one star.
Sailors never chased every wave; they found the one star that doesn’t move. Set your course once in NavoHub — the budget, the audience, where the clicks land — and every platform follows it, with every lead coming home to one list.
